Whiia Data Deletion Instructions
At Whiia, we respect your right to control your data. This document provides clear instructions on how you can request the deletion of your data from our systems.
1. Scope of Data Deletion
Upon receiving a valid data deletion request, Whiia will permanently and irrevocably delete all personal and configuration data associated with your account from our active systems. This includes:

Your account information (name, company name, contact details).

All API keys, access tokens, and credentials for third-party platforms.

Any client-provided data stored on our servers, such as knowledge bases, contact lists, and email templates used for your automation workflows.

System logs that may contain personally identifiable information.
Please note that we may be required to retain certain anonymized, non-personal data for analytical purposes or to comply with legal obligations.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, please follow this simple, two-step process:

Step 1: Send a Deletion Request Email

Compose an email from the primary email address associated with your Whiia account.

Use the following subject line: “Data Deletion Request”

In the body of the email, please clearly state your name, your company name, and that you wish to permanently delete all data associated with your account from Whiia’s systems.

Step 2: Confirmation

We will reply to your email within 5 business days to confirm receipt of your request.

For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.

3. The Deletion Process
Once your request is verified, we will initiate the deletion process, which will be completed within 30 calendar days.
After the deletion is complete, we will send a final confirmation email to you, certifying that your data has been permanently removed from our systems.
4. Revoking Platform Permissions
In addition to requesting data deletion from Whiia, we recommend that you also log in to any third-party platforms you connected to our service (such as Facebook/Meta) and manually revoke Whiia’s access through their security or app settings. This ensures that the connection is severed from both ends.
