AI for the work behind music

Run your music business without keeping it all in your head.

The Whiia harness gives a compatible AI assistant your business knowledge, practical skills and written ways of working. You use it through conversation, with context you can build on as the business develops.

A harness is the collection of instructions, knowledge and tools that helps an AI assistant work with your business.

See it in practice

Bring your existing compatible AI subscription.

Your business knowledge.
Useful skills.
Your ways of working.

Three simple ingredients make the assistant yours instead of generic.

Keep the context.
Build on it.

Your people, projects, decisions — and why you made them — live in one place your assistant reads before it works. It works from the business context you supply, review and keep: a decision from March still shapes the draft it writes in September. Less repeated explaining, fewer mistakes.

Illustrative example
Agreed in March

“Price mid-tier projects flat, not hourly.”

Drafted in September

This quarter’s proposal, flat pricing already applied.

Put your assistant
to work.

Managing invoices, expenses and contacts. Processing meetings. Research, sales and marketing work. Ready-made abilities it carries out for you — then shows you the result instead of a promise.

Illustrative output
Open commitments — this week
  • 6 open across 3 partners
  • 2 promised without a date
  • 1 reply drafted, waiting for your review

Your way of working,
written down.

How this business sets goals, reports progress, reviews contracts. The assistant follows your written method instead of guessing at one.

1

The brief

You say what you need, in ordinary conversation.

2

Your agreed method

The playbook sets the steps, the checks and the format.

3

A reviewed result

You approve what leaves the business. Nothing sends itself.

Calculations you can check.

Repeatable maths runs as code, so the same inputs give the same result every time. Correctness still depends on your inputs, rules and exceptions — so those come back to you for review, in plain language.

Illustrative example — a royalty-style close
Inputs

Statement totals; deal terms 70/30; holdback flagged €2,400

Rule applied

Deal terms v4, §3 recoupment — applied by code

Result

€18,420 payable — same every run for these inputs

Needs your review

Q2 statement not received — held as unknown, not estimated. Approve before close?

Your business context, under your control.

Your files, contracts and numbers live in a workspace you control on your own machine. The AI application and the services you choose may process information to do your work — which ones is your decision, and you can change it.

Keep working with the AI application you choose.

No new platform to adopt: the harness works beside the AI subscription you already have. Your clients, colleagues and partners keep their usual email and chat — no account or migration on their side.

Common questions before starting

Practical answers about AI subscriptions, setup, external channels, and customization.

I already use AI. What does the harness add?
Your AI subscription provides the AI. The harness adds your business context, working instructions and workflows, helping it work with your information and the tools you connect. Bring your existing subscription if it supports a compatible AI application.
Can I use the AI subscription I already have?
If your current plan includes a compatible AI application, you can use it with your harness. Your Whiia plan is purchased separately. Your existing AI plan's usage limits still apply; any additional requirements depend on the setup you choose. See the AI apps & subscriptions guide.
Do my clients and colleagues need to change their tools?
No. Your clients, colleagues and partners can keep using their usual channels. You connect the supported accounts you want to work with from your own workspace. See Connections.
Can I start with my existing notes and documents?
Yes. You can start with the notes, files, metadata and transcripts you already have. Review and correct what is imported, and build on the work you have already done.
What setup will I need to do?
Create your account, add your business context and follow the setup guidance in a compatible AI application. You can set it up yourself or talk through a guided setup. See Getting started.
Which AI applications and tools can I use?
The harness works within compatible AI desktop applications (such as Codex or Antigravity). You connect the specific email, messaging, file and calendar tools your business uses. See the AI apps & subscriptions guide.
What is included in the plan, and what costs extra?
Your Whiia plan includes the harness files, instructions, workflows and update access for your tier. External AI model subscriptions, hosted services and optional tailored setup services are separate. See Pricing.
Can you help tailor this to my business?
Yes. Through Whiia Services, we offer scoped setup assistance, tailored workflow configuration, and team deployment support. See Services for details.
