Give your AI what it needs to work with your business.
Your AI application is where you talk with the AI and ask it to do things. Your harness supplies information about your business, instructions for how to work with you, and methods and tools for particular tasks.
Use your harness with a compatible AI application. AI usage and other service costs may be separate.
A harness gives your AI the information, instructions and tools it needs
For example, preparing a reply may require knowing who the person is, what you previously agreed and how you prefer to communicate. Your harness helps bring those things into the work.
The people you work with, what you agreed, which releases, shows or clients you are handling, and the facts you want your AI to start from.
Your preferences and boundaries: how you like drafts to sound, what needs your review before it goes out, and the rules that matter in your business.
Written methods your AI can follow step by step, plus calculation and file-handling tools, with the specialist music methods included in the higher plans.
Your day-to-day work takes place in the AI application. The Whiia website helps you manage your account, obtain your harness and begin setup.
A set of editable files you can read and change
The harness itself is a set of editable files containing working instructions, business methods and saved knowledge, with capabilities varying by plan.
If something in your harness does not reflect your business, change the file. The correction is saved where your working context lives, and you can reopen it at any time to check what is recorded.
Your own templates and ways of working live alongside the included ones, written down where your AI can read them — instead of being retyped at the start of every conversation.
Free covers your business context, contacts and useful knowledge. Paid plans add goals, meetings and money records, then daily operations, research and business methods, then specialist music workflows. Compare plans and pricing.
Four steps from an account to useful work
You do not need to connect your whole business to begin. One source and one task are enough for the first session.
-
Tell your harness about your business
Use relevant public information or details you supply to prepare a first description of your business. Review the facts, add your priorities and choose how you want the AI to work with you.
-
Set up the harness in your AI application
Follow the guidance for a supported setup. Begin with one useful work source or a file you choose to provide.
-
Do one useful piece of work
Choose a task that fits your plan: save important business information, organize an agreed next step, prepare for a conversation or use an included business method.
-
Keep what is useful for next time
Save useful facts, preferences and corrections in your private harness. Use them again as you continue your work.
The full walk-through of these steps, including what happens after you register, is on Getting started.
A private setup that suits how you work
Choose a private setup that suits how you work. Supported remote-access options depend on the AI application and configuration you use. The setup guides explain the verified choices and their requirements.
An email address you can access, a Whiia account, and a compatible AI application. Your AI application, model usage, optional hosting and connected services may have separate costs.
The setup guidance explains what an application must be able to do for your harness files and what each step requires. A list of the configurations checked so far is not published yet. Other AI applications and devices may work with adaptation; we describe them separately rather than claiming they all work the same way.
You can begin with a single file or source instead of connecting everything. Add more only when the next piece of work needs it.
When you want to look closer
These pages are for later, once the value is clear. They explain how the parts fit together and what each plan includes.
How your harness works
The four parts of a harness, each explained by what it means for your work.
The work it can carry out
Connected tasks with music examples, and the plan each capability belongs to.
Business methods in depth
One included method taken apart: what it needs, what it produces and where you review it.
