Getting started

From your website to your harness in minutes.

Register, watch us prepare your business profile, review it, then hand setup to your AI application with a single line. Come back whenever the business changes.

Choose a starting point

You will need a compatible AI application. AI usage and other service costs may be separate.

From your website to your first useful task

Five steps — and most of the work is ours. You can stop at any point and continue where you left off.

  1. Create your account

Your name, organization, website and email. We send a 6-digit code, and your Free plan starts when you confirm. No payment details are needed to begin.

  2. Watch us read your website

Your website is the input. We find the pages that describe your business, read them, and draft your business profile — and you can watch it happen.

  3. Review your business profile

Three documents: your business, your priorities, and how the work should read. Every line is marked as found on your site or suggested; edit anything that is wrong before you confirm.

  4. Hand setup to your AI application

We email you a one-line instruction. Paste it into your AI application and it installs your harness — with your profile already inside. A file download stays available as a backup.

  5. Open your harness and start

Take one useful task from the included programme or choose your own. Your harness carries SETUP.md, and your account always shows the actual next step.

Tell your harness about your business

You do not need to supply your whole business history. Three short review areas are enough to start, and you confirm them before anything is used.

Your business

Facts and background: who you are, who you work with and what you offer. Use a business website if you have one, or a short description in your own words if you do not.

What you do: correct the facts, add anything missing and remove anything that does not belong.

Your priorities

What you want to achieve, and the rules that matter — what is in scope, what is off limits and what a good outcome looks like for you.

What you do: confirm the near-term goal you want help with first.

How your AI should work with you

Communication and working preferences: how you like work presented, what should be reviewed before it happens and how corrections should be handled.

What you do: choose the preferences you care about and leave the rest as they are.

Every line that states something about your business carries a label saying where it came from: found on your site, what you told us, from your account, or suggested — not confirmed. Lines you edit are marked confirmed by you. Working rules and the preparation date carry no label because they are not statements about your business. Nothing becomes a fact about your business until you confirm it.

If your situation is not a fresh start

Three common cases, and what to do in each.

You do not have a business website

That is fine. Register with the email address you actually use, describe your business in a few sentences, and add any public material you already have — an EPK, a catalog page, a social profile, an interview. A personal or shared email address is not treated as proof of an organization, so you will be asked to describe the business rather than have it assumed from the domain.

What you do: review the starting profile and correct it before you use it.

You already have a Whiia harness

Register with the same email address and choose the route for an existing harness instead of starting again. Updates keep your saved information, corrections and custom methods.

What you do: choose “I already have one” when the route is offered, then check that your context came through.

You are restoring a setup you saved

Restore from a copy you own — for example an approved harness repository you saved yourself — and reconnect the service accounts you use. The website does not hold a copy of your working context to restore from.

What you do: choose the restore route, then reconnect the services that task needs.

Documents, attachments and media are backed up separately from your harness files. Details are on the privacy and ownership page.

What you actually need

Three things, none of them technical.

  1. An email address you can access

It is used to verify the account and to reach you about your setup — and about the ten-day programme only if you choose to take part in it.

  2. A compatible AI application

Your harness is not a chatbot you talk to on this website. Your day-to-day work happens in the AI application you choose, where your harness supplies the information, instructions and tools. That application, its model usage and any connected services are separate from Whiia and may carry their own costs.

  3. One source to start with

A file, a thread or an account you choose to connect. One is enough for the first useful task.

A practical start, one useful step at a time

The ten-day programme helps you set up your harness and put it to work. The first five days introduce your business, people and priorities. The next five help you use what it has learned in real tasks.

Activities match the capabilities included in your plan, and one practical instruction a day can be paused or stopped at any time.

Days 1 to 5 establish a working foundation. Days 6 to 10 put it to work on daily attention, replies, meetings, opportunities and client progress.

The programme opens for enrolment soon; until then the ten day pages are there to read through.

Start where you are.

Create your account, review the profile we prepare from your website, and hand setup to the AI application you already use.

Choose a starting point

Not sure what to tackle first? The starting-point guide asks a few questions and suggests where to begin — it takes two minutes and you can skip it.
