Terms of service
Last updated 27 September 2026. A plain-language account of your account, your annual purchase, update access and what stays your responsibility.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the Whiia website, your account, the harness packages you download and the annual purchases you make. By creating an account or downloading a package you accept them.
This page describes how the harness works and what a purchase covers, in ordinary language. It is not legal advice.
2. Your account
An account is tied to an email address you can access. We send a one-time code to that address to verify it and to sign you in. After verification, one Free entitlement is created for that account.
Keeping access to the email address on your account is up to you: it is how you sign in and how we address account messages.
3. Annual purchases and update access
A new paid plan is an annual purchase. It buys one year of update access for the plan you choose, at the price shown on the pricing page. The price, currency and term are confirmed with the payment provider before the order completes.
A purchase does not sign you up for automatic renewal. When the year ends, keeping update access is a later purchase you make. Each purchase is recorded against your account with the payment provider's order reference.
4. What you keep when update access ends
You retain the right to use the version you acquired when your update access ends. Whiia does not remotely switch off those installed capabilities. Releases you already acquired stay available to you.
New releases require active update access. Continued operation of an acquired version depends on your AI application, connected services and working environment.
5. What a retained version does not promise
Keeping a version is not a guarantee of future compatibility, ongoing access or maintenance. The AI application, models and services around your setup change over time, and an acquired version may not work with every future version of them.
We do not claim compatibility with every AI application or hosting path. Resources explains what a compatible application needs; a list of the paths that have been demonstrated is not published yet.
6. Costs that are separate
Your Whiia price covers the harness capabilities included in your plan and the stated update period. Your AI application, model usage, optional hosting and connected services are separate, and their costs are set by the providers you choose.
7. Using the harness
You set the direction and review what goes out: review the draft before sending a message or taking an external action. You are responsible for how you use the harness and its output, including permissions for the material you give it and the terms of the services you connect.
Do not use the harness for spam, unauthorized access to other systems or activity that harms people or breaks the law.
8. Your information
The website holds your account, plan and delivery records. Your day-to-day business information stays in your private harness. Where information sits and who processes it — the website, your private setup, the AI services you choose, and optional recovery — is set out on the privacy and ownership page.
9. Support
No support service is defined yet, so these terms promise no support channel, scope of support or response time. Setup guidance and practical answers are published under Resources.
10. Contact and updates to this page
The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. There is no confirmed contact channel published here yet; one will be added on About / Contact and repeated here once it is confirmed. Until then, the practical guidance under Resources is the published help.
