What you can do

What would you do with it?

Tasks organized around outcomes, for four kinds of music business. Every example names the plan that includes it, what you need to provide, and what it does not promise.

Compare plans and prices

Tasks run in a compatible AI application using your Whiia harness. AI usage and other service costs may be separate.

Plan, inputs and limits

Each card carries three things so the example stays honest.

  1. Plan

The lowest plan that includes the task. Paid plans include everything in the plans below them, so a task marked “Free” is also in Go, Pro and Ultra.

  2. You need

The information, files or sources you have to give your harness for that task.

  3. Limits

What the task does not do, so a capability name never implies a result.

Plan labels were checked against the current Free, Go, Pro and Ultra release manifests. A capability listed in a release manifest establishes package inclusion, not demonstrated reliability. Specialist music workflows are principally included in Ultra.

Coordinate collaborators, opportunities and release activity

Prepare release plans, organize work with collaborators and follow up on opportunities.

Plan: Free

Recover the context behind a collaboration and find the next agreed step

Walk into the next conversation knowing what was discussed, what was agreed and who owes what.

You needThe messages, notes or files you choose to provide about that collaboration.
LimitsIt works from the context you give it. You review the result and correct anything wrong before you act on it.
Plan: Ultra

Plan a fan campaign for a release

Turn a release and its goals into a multi-channel campaign plan: timeline, channels, copy drafts and merch offers.

You needRelease details and dates, the audience you want to reach, and the channels you already use.
LimitsA plan sets out proposed work; it does not promise campaign results. You approve what goes out.
Plan: Ultra

Check the splits for a recording

See composition and master split sheets laid out with their totals and affiliations checked, so problems surface early.

You needThe split sheet or equivalent split information for the recording.
LimitsShows the inputs and the calculations for checking. It does not settle ownership or replace a signed agreement.
Plan: Ultra

Keep track of a release after it goes out

Ask for the current picture of a release you are watching, including playlist additions across the services you check.

You needRelease identifiers and access to the sources you want checked.
LimitsWork happens when you request it, or on a routine you configure in a running environment — not continuous monitoring from Whiia.

Also in Ultra: sync pitch briefs, master and metadata checks, and stream anomaly reviews.

Coordinate releases, catalogs, partners and rights information

Prepare for partner conversations and keep track of the decisions behind your releases and catalog.

Plan: Free

Prepare a current brief on a partner or release

Bring the people, the history and the open points onto one page before a conversation.

You needThe correspondence, notes or documents you choose to provide about that partner or release.
AlsoGo adds meeting records and a decision workflow, so what was agreed is kept with the brief.
LimitsIt uses only what you give it. You confirm the facts before the meeting.
Plan: Go

Keep the decisions behind a release

Record what was decided, by whom and when, so the reasoning survives the release cycle.

You needThe decisions you want saved, with their context.
LimitsSaving a decision is a record of it, not a substitute for making it. You confirm each entry.
Plan: Ultra

Review a music contract and list issues for review

Get the terms, the evidence behind them and the questions worth raising in one review of a recording, publishing, management or 360 agreement.

You needThe contract file or its text.
LimitsProduces issues, calculations and questions for your review. It does not certify a contract as safe or approved, and it is not a legal opinion.
Plan: Ultra

Check a delivery against the delivery standard

Find what is missing or inconsistent in release metadata before a partner has to reject it.

You needThe delivery metadata file for the release.
LimitsReports what it finds in the file you supply so you can correct it. It does not guarantee acceptance by any partner.

Also in Ultra: catalog royalty sweeps, split verification and specialist catalog review.

Coordinate dates, counterparties, agreements and follow-through

Keep track of show discussions, agreed dates and what each partner needs to do next.

Plan: Free

Bring together a show discussion, its latest dates and open questions

See where a show conversation stands: what has been proposed, what is agreed and what nobody has answered yet.

You needThe messages and notes you choose to provide about that show or routing.
AlsoGo adds meeting records and decisions for the discussion itself.
LimitsIt reflects the sources you give it. Dates still need confirming with the counterparty.
Plan: Ultra

Check radius clauses across a routing

Audit pending holds, unconfirmed dates and incoming offers against the exclusivity terms you are working with.

You needThe dates, venues and clause terms for the territory in question.
LimitsLists the matches and the underlying dates for you to review. It does not judge whether a clause is enforceable.
Plan: Ultra

Review a settlement after a show

Reconcile a night-of-show settlement sheet — ticket scales, deductions, facility fees and contractual expense caps — with the inputs visible.

You needThe settlement sheet and the deal terms it is settled against.
LimitsShows calculations and discrepancies for you to check. It is not an accounting or legal conclusion.
Plan: Ultra

Plan a tour route

Lay out a multi-city routing with distances, drive times and any radius conflicts the route would create.

You needThe cities, date window and any holds or constraints you already have.
LimitsProposes a sequence with its reasoning. Availability and offers are still confirmed with each party.

Also in Ultra: radio syndication and playlist scouting workflows.

Manage client relationships, delivery and progress

Prepare for client meetings, plan the work and follow through on what you agreed.

Plan: Free

Prepare a client meeting from saved context and commitments

Walk in with the relationship history, the current commitments and the open questions in front of you.

You needThe client history and current commitments you choose to save in your harness.
AlsoGo adds meeting records and decisions, so follow-ups come out of the meeting itself.
LimitsIt reflects what you have saved. You decide what is accurate.
Plan: Go

Track goals, invoices and expenses for a client engagement

Keep the goals, the money in and the money out for an engagement in one place, with period summaries.

You needThe engagement details, plus invoices and expense records you enter or supply.
LimitsKeeps and summarizes the records you give it. It does not file taxes, move money or issue payments.
Plan: Pro

Plan the day, research an opportunity and report progress

Start the day with what deserves attention, dig into a new opportunity properly, and produce a progress digest you can review before it goes anywhere.

You needThe sources you connect and the cadence you set for each routine.
LimitsRoutines run in the environment you keep running, on the sources you connected. Results depend on those sources and on your instructions.
Plan: Pro

Use an included business method for client work

Apply a written method — client onboarding, client retention, CRM discipline, daily operations — instead of starting from a blank prompt every time.

You needThe method ships with your plan; you supply the client context it works on.
LimitsMethods are editable guides, not guarantees. Your judgment still decides what happens.

Business methods (playbooks) are included in Pro and Ultra. Free and Go do not include them; they cover the foundation below instead.

What each plan adds

Every plan is an annual purchase, and each one includes everything in the plans below it.

  1. Free — USD 0

Business information, contacts, useful notes, a calendar and the setup, backup and update tools your harness needs.

  2. Go — USD 24 / year

Adds goals, meeting records, decisions, invoices and expenses.

  3. Pro — USD 120 / year

Adds daily planning, research, reporting, client-management capabilities and business methods.

  4. Ultra — USD 480 / year

Adds the specialist music workflows for releases, rights, touring and royalties.

Prices shown are annual. Your AI application, model usage, optional hosting and connected services may have separate costs.
